Zionist's View and its Incompatibility with the Modern World
- Zionism posits that the Land of Israel was given to the Jewish People based on ancient religious tradition. The fulfillment of such beliefs in the reality of the modern world is incompatible with the universal declaration of human rights and other international standards.
- Because the Zionist narrative considers the Jewish people to be the Chosen People, the entire perspective is inherently racist and supremacist. The use of cultural images, language, and psychology reinforce this supremacist mindset and is manifested in Jewish Israeli society and its world-wide supporters.
- Supremacist philosophy is manifested not just in actions but in the daily language used in the media. This is most obvious in the Western World. For example, Descriptions of Israel as “the only democratic nation in the Middle East”, of Gilad Shalit as the hailed prisoner, of Ariel Sharon as a man of peace, are all propaganda. No consideration is given to the lack of equality of Palestinians living in Israel, the 7,900 Palestinian political prisoners in Israel, and the atrocities performed by Ariel Sharon.
